Hi, I am James Wordsworth. I have set up this website because I believe that while the study of aging still includes some great research, the field has also become a bit lost.

Most researchers have given up trying to understand aging, some even suggesting that it is too complicated for human beings to understand. The study now largely consists of data gathering, partly in the hope that AI will solve it for us, or translational research, where we attempt to have small effects on health using the little information we have.

However, I have published a theory called the four process model, which I believe removes the complexity and paradoxes from aging. If it were widely adopted and tested, and presumably adapted in the areas where it is not correct, then I think the field could regain much of its previous optimism.
